My career has taken me across the Atlantic three times, navigating different cultures and markets to build and scale organizations. But throughout those moves and milestones, the part of the job I found most rewarding—and the reason I eventually stepped away from full-time operational roles—was the opportunity to help leaders grow.

Rooted in Reality

I grew up in the north of England in a working-class family. That foundation gave me a "roll up your sleeves" work ethic and a belief that leadership isn't about a title—it’s about the ability to build strong, resilient teams and help individuals achieve potential they didn't know they had.

I believe that great leadership is a marathon, not a sprint, and balance is what keeps us in the race. I have been happily married for 26 years and I am a proud father of four—two boys and two girls.
